To be added to our waiting list, please complete the form below. Submitting this form places your child on our waiting list but does not guarantee enrollment. As openings become available, families will be contacted in the order of the waiting list, based on program availability and the date the waiting list form and fee are received.

A non-refundable, non-transferable Waiting List Fee of $175 per child is required at the time of submission to reserve your child's place on the waiting list.
