Outdoor learning encourages children to be active participants in a natural setting by engaging in physical activity and learning opportunities. Lessons in our outdoor classroom allow children to explore and discover the world around them. Exposure to the natural environment enhances children's creativity and imagination, and increases agility, balance, and coordination while helping students to develop decision-making and problem-solving skills. Outdoor learning also improves social skills and teamwork as they interact with other children. Outdoor learning is about potential – the potential of spaces to engage children's imagination, curiosity and creativity and foster their health and well-being.
