We are a group of dedicated educators, moms, grandmothers, and retirees who just aren’t quite ready to leave the workforce. Current Openings

Trinity Episcopal Day School follows the Conroe ISD calendar for most holidays and closures. Our normal work days are Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 12:00 with extended days from 12:00 – 2:00, and Fridays from 8:30 – 12:00. All salaries are based on experience and negotiated with the Head of School. Please reach out for further information.

Lead Pre-K Teacher

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Prior experience as a lead teacher is preferred.

Work Days: Beginning August 2023, Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 2:15

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual who is passionate about designing a path for children to help them achieve their full potential.

As the Lead Teacher, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and shape their future. You will be responsible for creating a warm and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.

We believe that every child has unique talents and abilities that need to be nurtured and developed. As a Lead Teacher, you will have the opportunity to create a personalized learning experience for each child within the framework of an established, well-developed curriculum, helping them to build self-confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.

Not only will you be shaping the future of these children, but you will also be growing your own future! Our preschool offers a supportive environment where our teachers can learn and develop their skills. We provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to ensure that our teachers are always growing and evolving.

Additional requirements for applicants: Willing to participate in school-wide functions outside of normal school hours up to four times per year. These include open houses and student performances. Be able to accurately observe and assess children and share this information via parent conferences twice yearly. Be able to effectively communicate with families on a day to day basis through our parent communication app. Attend monthly all-staff meetings. 

Assistant Pre-K Teacher

Prior experience in a classroom setting is preferred.

Work Days: Beginning August 2023, Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 2:15

As our assistant teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside our lead teacher to create a dynamic and engaging classroom environment. From circle time to art projects to outdoor play, you’ll help administer daily activities that foster learning and development in our little ones.

But that’s not all – you’ll also have the chance to take on additional responsibilities, like ensuring that our safety standards are upheld at all times. And with your help, we’ll maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space where children can thrive.

Full Time Float Teacher

Work Days: Beginning August 2023, Monday – Thursday, 8:30 – 2:15 and Friday, 8:30 – 12:15 (Hours and days may be flexible – please inquire.)

As a Float Teacher, you will have the chance to work closely with our dedicated team of educators, supporting them in providing an exceptional learning experience for our students. We value teamwork, and your ability to collaborate and adapt to different classrooms and teaching styles will be a key asset in this role.

TEDS Event Coordinator

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for coordinating memorable events? Trinity Episcopal Day School is seeking a talented Event Coordinator to join our administration team. As an Event Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our school-wide events and fostering a strong sense of community.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point person for all school-wide events, from planning to execution.
  • Organize and coordinate volunteers for each event, effectively delegating tasks and ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Procure necessary materials and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Utilize Google Sheets, Docs, Sign-Up Genius, and Canva to streamline event planning and communication.
  • Publish event information both internally and externally through various channels, including paper and social media formats.
  • Schedule class attendance at events
  • Attend weekly administration meetings and monthly staff meetings to provide updates on event planning progress.
  • Develop and execute a bi-annual parent education event, promoting a sense of collaboration and growth within our school community.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to set and maintain schedules effectively.
  • Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to delegate tasks to volunteers.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, Sign-Up Genius, and Canva.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate event promotion.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, capable of problem-solving and adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Prior experience in event coordination or related roles is preferred.

Schedule and Compensation: This part-time position requires 12-15 hours per week, with the flexibility to complete some projects remotely. The Event Coordinator should be present at the school at least two mornings per week from 8:30 AM to noon.
